Dentinova’s Refund & Returns Policy

At Dentinova, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide only the highest quality dental products and equipment. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.
General Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Opened, used, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or refund.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or due to our error.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Please note the following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Products and equipment imported or shipped from outside the UK
Custom or special-order items requested by the customer
Consumables that have been opened or tampered with
3D Resin Products
We accept returns on 3D resin bottles only if the bottles are unopened and sealed. Once the seal is broken, the resin cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Return shipping for resin products is also the client's responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for any returns to ensure safe and documented arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:
Your order number
Photos of the item(s) in question
A brief description of the issue
Our team will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Request a Return
Email us at store@dentinova.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for a return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Ship the item(s) back using a secure and trackable courier.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
