Senertek – Advanced Dental Resin Technology
Since 2010, Senertek has specialized in the development and production of professional 3D printing consumables and equipment, with a primary focus on high-performance dental resins. As one of the early manufacturers in the dental additive manufacturing sector, the company has played a significant role in advancing SLA/DLP resin technology for clinical and laboratory applications.
Global Dental Resin Expertise
Senertek dental resins are used in more than 71 countries and are widely recognized for delivering strong price-to-performance value in the global market. Over the past several years, Senertek has also been a top-selling SLA resin brand on eBay, serving more than 6,500 customers worldwide under the shop name “senertek.”
P-Crown Resin – A Breakthrough in Restorative Dentistry
In January 2021, Senertek introduced P-Crown Resin, the world’s first high-filler (over 50%) 3D printable crown material. In 2022, this material achieved regulatory recognition in the United States, allowing it to be accepted as a ceramic-equivalent crown material and eligible for billing under U.S. public health insurance programs. This milestone positioned P-Crown as a disruptive innovation in chairside and laboratory-fabricated permanent restorations.
Regulatory Compliance and Material Standards
All Senertek biocompatible dental resins are CE certified and medically classified as Class I or Class IIa devices under European regulations. FDA registration processes began in February and remain in progress.
To ensure consistent quality and performance, Senertek sources its raw chemical components exclusively from Switzerland, France, and the United States—maintaining strict standards for purity, mechanical strength, and biocompatibility.
Production Capacity and Market Position
Senertek’s manufacturing scale has grown rapidly:
2022: 26,000 kg of dental resin shipped
2023: 44,000 kg of dental resin shipped
This production volume places Senertek among the top global manufacturers of dental 3D printing resins, reinforcing its position as a major supplier in digital dentistry.
