Nanofil Perfect-Link Universal Adhesive is indicated for:

• Bonding composite resins to enamel and dentin in direct restorations

• Bonding indirect restorations to enamel and dentin, including:

Clinical Protocol Overview

Tooth Preparation

• Isolate using a rubber dam or cotton rolls.

• Clean tooth surfaces with oil-free polishing paste.

• Prepare the cavity following standard restorative principles.

• For deep cavities, apply a liner or base only over deep dentin areas.

Self-Etch Technique

• Apply Perfect-Link directly without phosphoric acid etching.

• Eliminates separate etching steps, reducing chair time and postoperative sensitivity.

Total-Etch Technique

• Etch enamel and dentin with 35% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds.

• Rinse thoroughly and gently air-dry without overdrying dentin.

Adhesive Application

• Apply using a disposable microbrush to all cavity surfaces.

• Allow to react for 15 seconds.

• Gently air-dry for 2–5 seconds until solvent evaporates.

• Light cure for 20 seconds.

Indirect Restoration Bonding Protocol

• Sandblast bonding surfaces when indicated.

• Remove glaze layer from ceramic margins (within 1 mm).

• Rinse and dry thoroughly.

• Do not etch zirconia, alumina, or metals with phosphoric acid.

• Apply Perfect-Link Universal Adhesive directly—no additional primers required.

Contraindications

• Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to methacrylate resin components.
