Material Characteristics
This product is a light-colored, light-curing nano-filled composite supplied in paste form. It offers consistent flow control and stable handling characteristics during bracket bonding.
Indications for Use
Designed for bonding:
Contraindications
Do not use this product in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of its components.
Instructions for Use
1. Tooth Surface Preparation
Clean the enamel thoroughly, rinse with water, and dry using oil- and moisture-free air. Moisture isolation with a rubber dam is recommended.
2. Acid Etching
Apply etchant gel to the bonding area for 30 seconds, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry. A chalky white enamel appearance confirms proper etching. Repeat if necessary and avoid surface contamination afterward.
3. Bonding Procedure
3.1 Primer Application
Apply a thin, uniform layer of bonding agent to the etched enamel. Allow it to sit for 10–20 seconds, then gently air-dry until no surface gloss remains.
3.2 Adhesive Application
Ensure the bracket base is clean and dry. Apply a small amount of adhesive evenly to the bracket base.
3.3 Bracket Placement
Position the bracket immediately onto the primed enamel surface and seat accurately.
3.4 Excess Removal
Apply gentle pressure to secure the bracket, prevent movement, and remove any excess adhesive around the base.
4. Light Curing
Curing Light Requirements:
Halogen or LED dental curing unit
Minimum intensity: ≥ 400 mW/cm²
Wavelength range: 400–515 nm
5. Archwire Placement
Once all brackets are bonded and cured, orthodontic wires may be inserted.
Precautions
Avoid contact of the etching gel with skin, eyes, or mucosa. In case of exposure, rinse immediately with water.
Uncured material contact with skin or oral tissues may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Rinse immediately and seek medical advice if required.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use in combination with materials containing eugenol.
This is a light-sensitive product; close syringes immediately after use.
Storage Conditions
Store in a dark environment at a temperature range of 10–25°C, away from direct light and heat sources.
