The Tera Harz TC-85 is a photopolymer material by Graphy designed to overcome the current limitations of sheet-type thermoformed aligners. The Tera Harz direct aligner is the world’s first aligner that can be printed directly with a 3D printer. It makes orthodontic treatment more efficient and less painful for patients. The direct aligner is an orthodontic device created with cutting-edge 3D printing technology, intended for orthodontic experts and patients, aiming for maximum treatment efficiency.

While thermoforming materials completely deform in hot water, the Direct Aligner, even if contaminated over time and with foreign object debris (FOB), can be disinfected using heat under 100℃. This process restores a clean state along with its original shape and mechanical properties.

 

Convenience of Storage

With the availability of the shape memory function and simple heat disinfection, there is no need for an extra exclusive case for storage. You can directly insert it into your mouth after disinfection in warm water and using the shape memory function, eliminating the need for an exclusive case after removing the aligner (e.g., for eating).

Graphy consistently aims for 100% transparency in the material. Due to its complete transparency, wearing a 3D-printed direct aligner may go unnoticed.

The Graphy Resin TC-85DAC is compatible with DLP (Digital Light Processing), LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), and SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printers.
