Reliable Printing Performance & Consistency
To ensure optimal results, KeyPrint KeyOrthoModel Grey is intended to be used with KeyPrint validated printer settings, available from Keystone Industries. When used according to recommended guidelines, the resin delivers:
The resin must be tempered to room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F) before use and gently agitated to ensure uniform consistency and prevent bubbles. Proper handling contributes to reliable curing behavior and high-quality final models.
Cleaning & Post-Processing Compatibility
KeyOrthoModel Grey is compatible with high-purity Isopropanol (≥97%) for post-print cleaning. Printed parts should be cleaned within approximately 8 hours of print completion and should not remain submerged in IPA for more than 5 minutes, preserving the mechanical properties of the resin.
Following cleaning, models should be post-cured in a validated curing unit using UV wavelengths between 250–390 nm. Allowing parts to cool fully after curing helps prevent warping and surface defects, ensuring models remain accurate and stable for thermoforming.
